Our Products

We currently have the following products available:

• Grass-fed Beef raised on our dairy farm

• Cheese made locally from milk produced on our family dairy

A whole grass fed steer will yield about 400 pounds of high quality beef. Included are many different cuts of steaks and roasts, stew meat, soup bones, and ground beef. The meat is custom cut according to your specifications and frozen at an inspected processing plant. Sold in bundles, quarters, halves, or a whole steer. Contact us for current pricing.

Artisan cheese is available to be custom made and aged into several varieties, by a skilled, local cheese maker.

We are confident that we produce the best product possible, including beef from our simply raised grass fed, homegrown steers and cheese from grass fed cows. Our family's passion is farming, and we care about each and every animal. We are excited to continue this Hammer family farming tradition by producing beef that goes directly from our farm to your table.
